Rather than working in a single region, we operate right across Türkiye — from east to west, from the Black Sea to Central Anatolia and the Southeast.
What we do
Our organisation is built around two things at once: the responsibility that comes with public work, and the dynamic, inventive solutions of the private sector.
On projects delivered under TOKİ and Emlak Konut, we use modern tunnel formwork and structural engineering that meets the highest seismic codes. From infrastructure and landscaping to schools, mosques and commercial units, we produce fully equipped living centres.
In our own branded residential projects across Ankara's growing districts, smart-home systems, covered parking, VIP apartment layouts and ground-floor commercial concepts give residents and investors a high standard of living.
Organic design, structural engineering, landscape design and community-space planning. We develop engineering solutions suited to demanding sites and designs that work with their surroundings.

Automatic sprinkler infrastructure covering every apartment and all common areas.
High-safety cabling that prevents toxic gas emission in the event of fire.
Generator capacity that powers every apartment, not just the common areas, during outages.
A solar system covering common-area electricity, minimising service charges.
How we work
The same six stages run on every project. The schedule is set at stage one and defended on site.
Zoning status, soil survey, cost and market analysis. Viability is established in numbers.
Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design developed together. Decisions are made at the desk, not on site.
Approvals, site establishment, excavation and foundations. Site planning is what determines the schedule.
With tunnel formwork, walls and slabs are cast in a single pour — producing a monolithic structure with high seismic performance.
Mechanical façade cladding, insulation, plumbing, wiring and interior works. The standard is never lowered on invisible items.
Landscaping, community facilities and infrastructure completed, then testing, acceptance and handover.
The Manyas TOKİ estate in Balıkesir was handed over complete with its mosque, playgrounds, sports pitches and finished landscaping.
