Urban regeneration for 1,290 homes, in four phases

The Rüstempaşa & Yemişlik Urban Regeneration Project in Elazığ was launched after the 2020 earthquake to renew the district's long-established residential fabric, and was completed between 2020 and 2022.

Planned in four phases, the work was carried out as a turnkey contract covering excavation, infrastructure, superstructure, fit-out and landscaping. The existing neighbourhood was regenerated in stages so that residents could stay in place.
