120 homes and a retail centre, in two phases

The Eldivan TOKİ Housing and Retail Centre Project in Çankırı was delivered between 2024 and 2025 as a complete contract covering infrastructure, superstructure, site works and landscaping, and was completed in two phases.

The estate sits on sloping, forest-edged land near the district centre. Alongside the 120 homes, an on-site business centre covers everyday needs, and the landscaping of both phases was designed as a single whole.
