Overview
The Yoğurtlu Neighbourhood TOKİ Housing Project in central Erzincan was delivered between 2015 and 2017, covering social housing, retail and community buildings.
Alongside the 586 homes, a mosque, a retail building and three kiosks serve the estate's daily needs. The homes have been handed over to their owners; remaining stock is on open sale.
