What we build
Not just buildings: modern living environments that add value to people's lives, raise the standard of living and let residents look to the future with confidence.
Public investment. Working with TOKİ (the Housing Development Administration) and Emlak Konut GYO — two of the most established public institutions in Türkiye — we have delivered major infrastructure, mass housing and community-facility investments, and moved thousands of families into safe, well-built homes.
Branded developments. Our prestige residential projects in Ankara bring luxury, modernity and design together, while our commercial spaces, mixed retail areas and social complexes give cities a new outlook.
Where we work
Rather than confining ourselves to one region, we work across a wide geography: alongside Ankara, we have delivered and continue to deliver strategic projects in Aksaray, Balıkesir, Bitlis, Çankırı, Erzincan, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Kırşehir, Rize and Van.
From east to west, from the Black Sea to Central Anatolia and the Southeast, we develop engineering solutions suited to demanding sites and organic designs that work with their surroundings.
How we work
Single-source delivery. Structural work is carried out by our own crews with our own equipment. Keeping formwork, rebar and concrete in-house rather than subcontracting them gives us direct control over both quality and schedule.
Tunnel formwork expertise. Where a floor plan repeats, tunnel formwork casts walls and slabs in a single pour, producing a monolithic structure with high seismic performance. That system — and the site planning behind it — is why the 625-unit Manyas estate was handed over complete, mosque and landscaping included.
Schedule discipline. In contracting, the handover date matters as much as the work itself. The delivery times in our track record are the record of that discipline.
Materials and suppliers
We work with Serra Seramik, Seranit, Jotun, Grohe, Fränkische and ECA for building materials and fittings. Refusing to lower the standard on invisible items — insulation, plumbing, wiring — is the decision that determines the decades after handover.
