The Manyas District TOKİ Housing Project in Balıkesir was delivered between 2022 and 2024 as a complete contract covering infrastructure and superstructure; 625 homes, 2 business centres and a mosque were completed and handed over in full.
The estate is more than housing blocks: a mosque, playgrounds, a basketball court, shaded seating and fully realised landscaping were planned — and delivered — as a living neighbourhood.
Built with a tunnel formwork system offering high seismic safety, efficient build time and full compliance with industrial standards.

Walls and slabs cast in a single pour produce a monolithic structure that directly raises seismic performance.
