132 homes and a three-unit retail centre

132 Homes and a Three-Unit Retail Centre with Infrastructure and Site Works, Cami Neighbourhood, Tutak, Ağrı was delivered as a complete contract between 2024 and 2025.

In a region where conditions rule out concrete pouring for much of the year, success depended as much on programme as on workmanship: the narrow seasonal window shaped every decision on site, and infrastructure and superstructure were completed turnkey.

Walls and slabs cast in a single pour produce a monolithic structure that directly raises seismic performance.
