Overview
Pendik Çınardere is an urban regeneration project planned on 450 Konutlar Caddesi in the Çınardere neighbourhood of Pendik, İstanbul. Planned as blocks of 9 and 14 storeys, it is to comprise 160 homes in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts and 20 commercial units in a shopping-centre format.
